Refund policy
Returns or Exchange
Eligible purchases can be returned and exchanged for 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned products must include original packaging and no damage or scratch.
Minimum 15% restocking fee will apply for all returned products except if the product is defective or incorrect.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as Headsets, Headphones, Earbuds, Beanies, Personal Care or Cleaning Products cannot be returned. If the item is defective we only be able to offer exchange the defective unit but not the accessory.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Unfortunately Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Personal Care Products
Because of hygienic reason Personal Care Products cannot be refunded once it is opened. Defective item will be exchanged for the main unit only.
Return Shipping
Email info@ispweb.ca for RMA number before ship out the item.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the us for all cases where the product is defective or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for all the shipping costs including the waived shipping cost we send out the order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible to any lost, missing or damaged returned item.
